How long to stay @ Misty?

Ofcourse it depends on how much time you have and where you would be travelling from. However, please read the section below to get an idea as to what kind of experience you can expect during your stay if you are staying 2, 3 or 4 nights. Do note that the itineratries listed below are just an indication. Your hosts Madhur and Ambika are always around to help you plan the perfect day for you on the spot. We are 12 kms off the main road of which 3 kms is a dirt track that we help guests traverse after parking their vehicle at our parking. We normally do not encourage a single night's booking and there is no package available for 1 night.

2 Day Itinerary

Day 1 Arive and take it easy
Normally guests reach us around lunch or late lunch. You can relax on arrival, savour in the views and go for a sunset walk and tea to Pokhar – a 4 acre meadow in the middle of the forest that is a world of its own. You can spend the evening @ Kalrav – our indoor activity center with board games, badminton, table tennis, library etc.
Day 2 Explore Misty
You can opt for one of the many treks within the estate. We are blessed with a 1000 acres of solitude that has tens of options from easy walks to invigorating hikes. You can end the day by enjoying the evening around a warm bon-fire under the open skies.
Day 3 Bid Adieu
Most guests end up wanting to stay a third night. But for those who are pressed for time, it is time to say goodbye with a desire to comeback for a longer stay the next time.

3 Day Itinerary

Day 1 Arive and take it easy

You can spend the day chilling out @ Misty. However, if you do feel the need to explore places around Misty, you can have a full day excursion to Avni -a local NGO, Patal Bhuvaneshwar – a cave temple and enjoy a packed picnic lunch by the river @ Baans Pathan. Come back to Misty to enjoy a relaxed evening or a bonfire under the stars.
Day 4 Bid Adieu
3 days is a good amount of time to relax @ Misty. We assure you though, that you would leave wanting more. The place is addictive. We can vouch for it. However if you must travel on, its time to say good bye with a desire to come back in another season perhaps.

After exploring the place for a dew days, and before travelling back towards your home or onwards to another destination, day 4 can be used to savour the Misty flavor. By now, you know what the place is about; and you are hooked. This would be the day to just chill and relax. Spend time lazing in the gardens, go for a few easy walks and just curl up in a corner with a favourite book.
Day 5 Bid Adieu
You have most likely found that home in the hills that every city dweller yearns for. We have been there and we know the feeling. 🙂 Time to move on with a happy heart and a smile. Come back anytime.:)
